SECURITY SPECIALIST

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As a Security Specialist/Technical Writer you will draft and coordinate written documentation needed to support InMoment sales and security efforts. You will assist and lead internal teams in responding to client security reviews and revising policies to meet evolving industry standards. This role requires exceptional writing skills, and the ability to learn legal terms and InMoment in-house platforms and IT environments at a high level. You will work and lead with cross-functional team members from Information Security, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, as well as external clients.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years of experience with technical writing and editing; knowledge of IT and security practices is critical to this role;
• Capable of learning new technologies and adapting in a fast paced environment;
• Coordinate project management deadlines and team commitments to assist in prioritizing tasks;
• Lead discussions with cross-functional business unit leaders to assist in prioritizing tasks;
• Assist InMoment's Director of Information Security with real time Security threats;
• Assist Security and Compliance Teams to implement and manage Security & Compliance programs (e.g. ISO, SOC, HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing responsibilities, situations, tools, and requirements;
• Proficient with Google Suite (gmail, sheets, slides, forms)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical related field is required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage internal and external Security requests
• Drive Security initiatives
• Interface with external auditors
• Create and review policy
• Perform vendor Security reviews
• Take customer calls
