Corcentric is looking for a highly driven Senior Content Marketing Manager who thinks like a marketer with the passion and the expertise to help Corcentric optimize and scale our marketing efforts. This position is responsible for managing and delivering content that considers the market and our audience in order to represent our brand identity, our leadership, and our market position to a diverse B2B industry—based on our value proposition and strategic vision for the company. The ideal candidate will be man impact-driven writer with strong curiosity around business technolgy and will collaborate with the Product Marketing team. The role coordinates with Demand Generation, to help create and coordinate the flow of content from the point of concept to delivery – including the channel selection for content. It will be crucial for the Senior Content Marketing Manager to understand and deliver the mission of Corcentric.Â
As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:Â
- Copy edit and write content for digital and social media headlines, web pages and campaign assets.Â
- Create micro content for all forms of digital to align to the digital platform algorithms to optimize the performance and presence (LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, PPC Platforms and content syndication).Â
- Run the Story Lab or Customer Reference Program. Be responsible to work with all the LOB leaders and the services org to facilitate a steady stream of reference content and generate video stories and other reference assets. Â
- Assist Product Marketing in orchestrating the creation of high-impact content that engages and develops target audiences. Â
- Set content strategy for marketing, to include multiple formats and channels--blogs, social, video, etc.Â
- Evaluate the value of content created to measure impact from new downloads and accounts to increased customer engagement.Â
- Maintain and evolve content in conjunction with company objectives and Demand Generation needs, and accounting for audience segmentation, personas, key messages, measurement, and time & event schedule.Â
- Assist in managing the creation of content (editorial calendar).Â
- Maintain an awareness of industry trends to ideate with Product Marketing on establishing proactive content responses.Â
- Work with Marketing to align all content to SEO standards.Â
- Review and update content topics and pieces to focus on key themes. Â
- Recommend changes in content based on market input and corporate initiatives.Â
- Assist in writing, reviewing, and editing Marketing campaigns.Â
- Monitor and track metrics associated with Marketing campaigns and website traffic.Â
Requirements
You’ll need to have:Â
- Background and experience in writing B2B content and coordinating strategy around Marketing campaignsÂ
- Thought leadership to advance the mission of the organizationÂ
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in a corporate environmentÂ
- Familiarity with financial tech terms, trends, and mediaÂ
- Proficient with specialized knowledge in project management platform and MS OfficeÂ
- Knowledge of inbound marketing, public relations, and SEO best practicesÂ
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, and some knowledge of HTMLÂ
