Senior Integrated Technologies Architect

Job Description
As a Senior Integrated Technologies Architect on the CareAware team you will manage complex integrated technology deployment of hardware, software, and services with solution consulting teams. You will manage implementation, management, and maintenance of platforms for deployment and optimization projects, along with supporting regular status meetings and project events with clients regarding technical aspects of deployment and optimization projects. As a Senior Integrated Technologies Architect you will develop processes for new emerging technology delivery, manage support plans for system and application performance issues related to deployment and optimization projects. Assess complex, highly impactful risks, and drive remediation and mitigation of findings throughout client engagements in partnership with engagement management. Finally, you will build and maintain long-term, strategic internal and external client relationships. Mentor and train newer associates and technology architects Develop processes for new emerging technology delivery.

• Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.
• Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.
• Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments.
• Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development.
• Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.

Working Environment

Hybrid or Remote

This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

• At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
  • At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
    • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Service buses
• Experience with Sonic ESB/Aurea CX

Expectations

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
