Sprinkler Project Manager in field-7 years

Qualifications Needed: * 7 years a must deal breaker if not ·Familiar with ground up new construction & alterations. ·Ability to read drawings/blue prints/shops ·must be able toUnderstanding of NYC sprinkler codes. ·Valid driver’s license. OSHA 40 A MUST, SST 62 Responsibilities: ·Supervise field laborers. ·Order material and supplies for job sites. ·Daily log reports. ·Create punch list and maintain job schedules. ·Oversee safety programs and administer toolbox talks. ·Work with accounting department in preparation of monthly/weekly billing.
