Job Description:

In this role, you will partner with our Development Leaders, Product Managers, development teams and key stakeholders to design, develop, and to drive business outcomes for our clients.

• Consults with stakeholders across products and technologies to understand objectives and prioritize business goals and information needs related to the project
• Helping the team understand and follow the goals, scope of work and product domain
• Helping the product owner refine and maintain the product backlog using the information gathered from the daily stand-up meetings.
• Assist with the product backlog by scheduling meetings and writing user stories
• Helping the team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
• Facilitate communication and information exchange between key stakeholders and the project team
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.
• Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning
• Will present release details to the Change Management Board and work with business leaders to gain approvals

Job Qualifications:

Experience leading project/product teams and helping to prioritize work items

• Proven ability to self-manage and drive results (organize, prioritize, time manage and focus)
• Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques
• Previous experience and success working with agile development methodologies such as Scrum
• Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms
• Technically savvy, preferably with knowledge of .NET Web and Desktop development environments
• Ability to influence decision making across wide a variety of roles and levels in the organization
