Staff Pharmacist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Pharmacist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient care and will be required to work a fixed schedule across our two locations in Yonkers and Queens. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the safe and effective use of medications, provide professional advice to patients, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Duties • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently. • Provide counseling and medication therapy management services to patients. • Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of pharmaceuticals. • Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles. • Monitor and assess patient prescriptions for potential drug interactions, contraindications, and allergies. • Offer expert guidance to healthcare teams, ensuring the best care for patients. • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and treatments. • Adhere to all state and federal regulations and pharmacy laws.
