Job Description
Focus on enhancing and supporting Oracle Cerner's world class Clairvia application and technology which provides hospitals with a workforce management solution aligning their staff to patient needs in real-time. The Clairvia solution is made up of several modules: Staff Manager, Demand Manager, Patient Assignment, Patient Progress Manager and Outcomes Driven Acuity. The solution also allows for foreign system integration with several 3rd party solutions
Responsibilities
As a System Engineer, you will enhance, monitor and support the application and underlying technology across the Clairvia application. You will perform ongoing troubleshooting, enhancements to the application/system and ensure solution integration points are fully optimized and operational. Your end goal is to meet and exceed client contractual obligations related to incidents and enhancements to the client's system. We are looking for versatile and innovative individuals with a willingness to learn along with a technical background supported by experience or education in client server related technologies. Additionally, respond to requests or enhancements from users, act as system engineer focal point resource for the team and represent the team at key internal or client meetings planned or whenever necessary.
Work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems with 0 - 2 year's experience.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
New York City Pay Range: from $28.08 to $49.18 per hour; from $58,400 to $102,300 per annum; eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.10 to $46.59 per hour; from $52,200 to $96,900 per annum; eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
