Job Description
A Technical Support Analyst is responsible for verifying and confirming client-facing application technical issues for escalation. Responsibilities include testing, validating, and resolving issues as appropriate through SQL, databases, and development tools.Â
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing, troubleshooting, and documenting escalated software operational issues and technical issues.
- Assisting Engineering and QA in identifying, debugging, testing, and resolving client-facing application issues.Â
- Documents SalesForce cases to accurately reflect complete investigation steps taken with resulting outcomes, next steps, and resolutions while including details of all client communications.Â
- Escalating unresolved issues with thorough documentation as required, maintaining ownership of issue through resolution.Â
- Ensuring required response time and resolution times are met.Â

Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Relevant exposure in customer serviceÂ
- Proficiency with MS Office and Windows OSÂ
- Experience with cross-functional collaborationÂ
- A strong desire for learning and professional growthÂ

Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in analytical and/or technical study (Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, MIS, IT, etc)Â
- 1+ year(s) of technical supportÂ
- 1+ year(s) of customer serviceÂ
- Web-based software support experienceÂ
- Experience writing SQL queriesÂ
- Healthcare software support experienceÂ
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Additional Requirements:Â Â
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
