We're looking for a friendly, organized, energetic person to take on our University Recruiting efforts. Beyond full-cycle recruiting, you'll build out a working plan of schools, fairs, and outreach that will build ongoing relationships with schools and students, creating a community of talent that will help make some of the best games in the world. You will be the face of Visual Concepts to a critical group of people.  This job can be onsite, hybrid, or remote.

• Own the whole recruitment process for new grads and interns, from initial contact to signed offer letters
• Organize a calendar of events and career fairs, both virtual and onsite, and facilitate a combination of attendance, staff representation, and recruiting support
• Foster and maintain meaningful, high-touch relationships with educational institutions, including career offices, student organizations, and faculty
• Partner with VC teams to create some or all of: brand collateral, presentations, website content, social media content, display booths, swag and more
• Ensure that a broad range of institutions are represented in your, to ensure a diverse slate of candidates
• Act as campus ambassador for career services offices, students and organizations, faculty, and other appropriate groups at target universities
• Coordinate and facilitate resources and logistics to host on-campus and virtual activities, including information sessions, career fairs, interviews, and networking events
• Participate in team and studio meetings as needed
• Work with different VC teams and subject areas to gain a deep understanding of what each team does and what they need from the UR program
• Track successes and challenges on a variety of important metrics (diversity, value per event, overall success rate, more), then work with leadership on tactics and approaches. Report on these to racking of applicable metrics and analysis of university recruiting activities, inclusion efforts, and the internship program to leaders
• Potential travel to recruiting events

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in University Recruiting, including researching and creating event calendars
• Full cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in logistical operations: event planning, setup, attendance, and follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex recruiting programs
• Genuine excitement about diversity and inclusion
• Either a love for video games (not just ours!), or a very keen interest in developing a passion for what it takes to make an amazing game
