Job Title: Welder Location: Philadelphia, PA (onsite) Shift: 2nd Shift Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: Join our dynamic team in a fast-paced industrial environment as a Welder. We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious professional experienced in various welding processes and machinery fabrication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working around industrial equipment and proficient in TIG, MIG, and STICK welding, among other techniques. Key Responsibilities: • Perform TIG, MIG, and STICK welding on trailers, tractors, and machinery components • Fabricate and weld trailer and tractor parts, including sanitary welds • Operate Bridgeport machines, lathes, and drill presses • Utilize CNC welding equipment as needed • Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions • Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions • Adhere to all safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Inspect welds to ensure quality standards are met Requirements: • Proven experience in TIG, MIG, and STICK welding • Hands-on experience with Bridgeport, lathe welds, and drill presses • Proficiency in CNC welding • Strong attention to detail and ability to read welding symbols • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Commitment to safe work habits and proper use of PPE • High school diploma or GED preferred; welding certifications a plus Work Environment: • Fast-paced industrial setting • Exposure to heavy machinery and high temperatures • Standing, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.43 - $40.16 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift Experience: • Welding: 3 years (Required) • Manufacturing: 1 year (Required) • Industrial machinery: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On the road
