<ul><p><strong>About the Day to Day<strong><p> <ul><li>Maintains monthly general ledgers fully supporting all balance sheet accounts of CCG entities including AP AR GL Cash management annual 1099 preparation for several entities<li> <li>Responsible for accounts payable and receivable process ensuring timely payment and receipt of billings<li> <li>Prepares forecasts and annual budgets for commercial real estate entities<li> <li>Provides accounting and financial reporting support for Family Foundation including maintaining accurate books completing monthly close process and preparing and prepares analysis on prospective investments<li> <li>Coordinates the preparation of account reconciliations and assesses the accuracy and completeness of account balances including intercompany balances<li> <li>Prepares internal financial statements<li> <li>Special projects as required by senior management<li> <li>Supports the installation and conversion of accounting software including
