Research and resolve audit issues and controversy Research and respond to federal, state, local, and foreign tax notices for all CCG entities Maintain historical legal entity documentation and oversee annual report filings Assist with special tax projects as needed Review and execute daily cash management needs to back up the Senior Treasury Analyst Skills, Education and Experience: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, or other related field Tax training should include comprehensive study of federal tax statutes, state taxation, research, and compliance procedures. Determine book to tax adjustments, review state apportionment methodologies, and calculate tax credits Coordinate information flow and manage tax return preparation with outside tax advisors. Manages a variety of audits, including income taxes, franchise taxes, and state and local sales and use tax.
