and execute the Natural Resource NR Americas Hub strategy and proactively support the development of the global strategy Leading the Natural Resources Americas Hub Underwriting team you will manage understanding of regional local Natural Resources insurance markets competitor landscape and legal and regulatory frameworks<li> <li>Well recognized relationship building with brokers at peer group level and well established within local market<li> <li>Significant experience in leadership and development of teams internationally and within complex global matrix environments<li> <li>Ability to assess risk inherent exposures and natural hazards relevant to Natural Resources<li> <li>Ability to express ideas and messages clearly both written and verbally Ability to sell an improvised or
