The Technical Product Owner is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive approach to deliver major products, capabilities, services, or enhancements. This role involves working with Program Managers, Business Leaders, and a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver the product. The individual will manage the overall effort to deliver products, capabilities, services, and enhancements using the strategic vision and established key performance indicators. They will prioritize and maintain the product backlog, perform just-in-time story elaboration with the development team, and serve as the voice of the business. The role requires thought leadership, understanding of business needs, and mapping these needs to external market trends. The individual will also conduct vision/validate sessions with business stakeholders and formulate investment cases, translating business needs into technical requirements. They will partner with technology delivery teams to drive execution and clarify and document business requirements.
