<p class=jobDescription> <p> As an Associate Incentive Compensation Administrator you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our incentive compensation management ICM system distribution of incentive compensation plans ICM data hygiene and reconciling payout calculations to ensure alignment with Finance and RevOps and the rest of the Incentive Compensation team You have a passion for data hygiene and process automation while demonstrating exceptional organizational skills with experience in incentive compensation at a highgrowth SaaS company Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple highpriority projects are a must This position is 100 remote and will report directly to the Incentive Compensation Operations Manager This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a dynamic team at an exciting growth company <p> <p> Key Responsibilities <p> <ul> <li> <p> Maintain our variable compensation roster to understand changes related to new hires leavers and movers and proactively administer compensation plans appropriately <p> <li> <li> <p> Manage our inventory of compensation plan templates to streamline the distribution and signing process for all participants <p> <li> <li> <p> Maintain data accuracy within CaptivateIQ our Incentive Compensation Management ICM tool <p> <li> <li> <p> Audit sales statements for errors and inaccuracies as well as identifying opportunities for statement design enhancements <p> <li> <li> <p> Partner with DealOps to ensure Salesforce data compliance related to sales commissions and pipeline <p> <li> <li> <p> Create and manage bonus payout workbooks during quarterly payout cycles <p> <li> <li> <p> Partner with RevOps to understand any midperiod sales team quota and commission changes <p> <li> <li> <p> Work closely with the Incentive Compensation team to manage any comp exceptions and nonstandard scenarios that may arise <p> <li> <li> <p> Provide ad hoc incentive compensation reports to various stakeholders as needed <p> <li> <li> <p> Ensure the Incentive Compensation Teams central repository of files and documents is uptodate and accurate <p> <li> <li> <p> Assist in the reduction of timetoclose for Finances monthly close process by streamlining commission accrual delivery in compliance with ASC 606 <p> <li> <ul> <p> Requirements <p> <ul> <li> <p> Bachelors degree in Finance Mathematics Data Analytics or similar field preferred <p> <li> <li> <p> 12 years of experience at a highgrowth SaaS company with direct work experience related to sales compensation and data analytics highly preferred <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience with Salesforce and Excel or Google Sheets required <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience with an ICM tool highly preferred <p> <li> <li> <p> Comfortable working in complex spreadsheets and applying pivot tables and formulas to draw conclusions within a workbook <p> <li> <li> <p> Understanding of sales compensation fundamentals such as commission rates quota targets SPIFFs accelerators draw programs etc <p> <li> <li> <p> Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner crossdepartmentally at all levels of the organization <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience with data management and project organization <p> <li> <li> <p> Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple deliverables at one time <p> <li> <li> <p> A natural curiosity and desire to learn <p> <li> <li> <p> A selfstarter attitude with the ability to take on projects autonomously <p> <li> <li> <p> A desire to improve and automate existing processes <p> <li> <li> <p> A passion for all things data <p> <li> <ul> <p> <p><p>
