Success can lead to multiple career paths within Arrow, offering the potential for long-term career growth and advancement opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and risks.Design, evaluate and support business strategies and market opportunities through structured qualitative and quantitative approaches, including scenario planning, strategic discussion workshops, war-gaming exercises, opportunity sizing and other strategic analysis methods.Advise business leaders on key strategy topics and choices with informed perspective grounded in deep knowledge of business models, market dynamics and industry participants.Identify potential acquisition targets, strategic partners, and investment opportunities.Evaluate and assess the financial and strategic viability of potential M&A opportunities through strategic fit assessment, comprehensive due diligence, and financial modeling.Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums to support decision-making processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, IT, Finance, and Operations to develop and execute M&A and corporate strategies.Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
