and above all paying for growth This role has a minimum annual salary of $97600 and a maximum annual salary of $152400 As you may have noticed this salary range is quite large and this is intentional this role would reflect a salary between $115900 to $121900 Its also possible to join Jane at a salary above or below this which would mean a salary below $115900 typically reflects someone who has experience with dealing with legislative information with at least 2 years giving privacy guidance ideally with some of that experience at a software company that has privacy impacts across multiple jurisdictions <li> <li> Comfort in reading legislative and regulatory documents eg paralegal graduate work in history etc <li> <li> Experience with translating these documents into language that nonprivacy people can understand <li> <li> Technical Expertise <li> <li> IAPP certified or other compliance certification eg ISACA ISC2CGRC etc <li> <li> Handson experience with guiding companies
