Job Responsibilities: • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and assure they have an amazing experience • Be responsible for new end-user client engagement and all pre/post-implementation support • Be a fast learner ready to leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to implement clients to our solutions and manage their accounts • Establish and deepen relationships with partners by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support • Support clients through the implementation process by applying strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in the HCM field or using a SaaS web-based application • Bachelor's degree or equivalent HCM experience required Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with EDI and 834 files • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills -both oral and written -with strong attention to detail • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • 1- 3 years in an Account Management-type role • Track record as an enthusiastic team player with proven ability to prioritize, multi-task **We are willing to consider all levels and experience for this opening** EEO Statement Equal Opportunity Employer Ultimate Kronos Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
