Director, Behavioral Health Quality Assurance

Large, multi-system 1199 Union hospital in Brooklyn offering competitive pay, tremendous opportunities for growth with an excellent Major Medical, PTO, Vision, dental plans.   We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Behavioral Health Quality Assurance to oversee and coordinate the quality improvement activities within the Department of Psychiatry at our facility in Brooklyn, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing quality assurance initiatives, incident reviews, and utilization reviews for both the Inpatient division and the entire Ambulatory Care programs. The Director will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to our patients.   Brooklyn is a vibrant and dynamic borough with a rich tapestry of culture, history, and community. Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) highly desirable. Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in quality assurance or a related field within a behavioral health setting.
