About the role:
As an Account Executive (AE) at Stability AI, you’ll help grow the company’s top-line revenue by securing deals with medium to large sized enterprises. You’ll leverage your consultative sales expertise to uncover use cases, build trust with customers, and demonstrate the value of Stability AI products and services. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to continually refine and improve our value proposition, sales strategy, and product marketing. Specifically, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing commercial license deals and selling stability API platforms services to Enterprises.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with potential customers to deeply understand their needs and build optimal solutions
- Focusing on Media, Advertising and Creative sectors to sell Stability’s image, video, 3d, audio, and language AI models
- Qualify leads and build proposals
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Continually refine and improve our value proposition, sales strategy, playbooks, and product marketing
- Take ownership of the end to end sales lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and building tailored technical solutions for startups to large scale enterprise customers
- Experienced within Media, Advertising and Creative sectors
- Previous experience working alongside channel partners to boost sales activities
- Ability to work in dynamic environments, helping to define sales strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with ICs through to C-level
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on generative AI and become an expert on our technology

Compensation
The OTE for this role is around $240,000 with multipliers in place after 100% of target is met. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes commission, stock options and benefits
