About the role
This is a remote role but you’ll need to be based in Sweden.
ElevenLabs is expanding into the Swedish government and public sector and we’re looking for an Account Executive to drive this effort. The role is focused on building trusted relationships with agencies municipalities and other public institutions helping them understand how AI voice technology can transform citizen services increase accessibility streamline operations and more. This is our first dedicated hire for the public sector in Sweden so you’ll be shaping the playbook from the ground up
Responsibilities

Build and manage pipeline and accounts across government agencies municipalities healthcare education institutions and more

Navigate Swedish procurement processes tenders and frameworks to accelerate deal velocity

Build and grow senior-level relationships positioning ElevenLabs as a trusted long-term partner

Translate AI capabilities into clear business and citizen value for public sector stakeholders

Feed insights from the Swedish market back into our global government & public sector strategy
Who you are
-
7+ years of technology sales experience ideally with a track record of success in the Swedish government or public sector

Strong understanding of Swedish procurement laws and processes (LOU and public tenders)

Track record managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Executive presence and credibility when engaging with senior government officials

Comfort working in a high-growth fast-changing environment where you build as you go

Passion for AI and curiosity about how it can reshape public services in Sweden

Fluent in Swedish
