Team: Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager – Navy Sales East based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth by delivering innovative mobility solutions and services to U.S. Navy and Marine Corps customers. In this role, you will manage strategic accounts, strengthen long-term customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Working closely with internal teams, channel partners, and government stakeholders, you will play a key role in expanding market presence and supporting mission-critical operations. The position offers a dynamic blend of consultative selling, account management, and business development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. With significant autonomy and travel, you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact while contributing to long-term growth.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and grow business opportunities within an assigned territory by promoting mobility solutions and services to U.S. Navy and Marine Corps customers.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with end users, program managers, contracting officers, procurement agencies, and reseller partners to expand market share.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting opportunities, and documenting customer interactions through CRM tools.
  • Identify, qualify, and execute strategic sales initiatives in collaboration with channel partners to achieve sustainable year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Work with procurement and standards organizations to support product adoption and ensure solutions remain visible within relevant purchasing programs.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, trade shows, and internal planning sessions while providing regular updates on territory performance and opportunities.
  • Requirements

    • 2–5 years of experience selling technology products or services, ideally within the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or broader government sector.
    • Proven success managing customer accounts, reseller relationships, and complex sales cycles while consistently achieving revenue targets.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of professional experience and relevant industry knowledge.
    • Strong understanding of CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and consultative sales methodologies.
    • Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership and key decision-makers.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.
    • Must be based in the San Diego area and willing to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

      • Competitive base salary of $70,000–$80,000 USD, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $170,000–$180,000 USD through performance incentives.
