At Envoy Global, our Global Program is expanding, and we're not stopping anytime soon! As a result, we're seeking an Administrator to support our case management team for Ireland. The Administrator, Ireland is responsible for supporting the inbound processing of Irish immigration matters in a very timely and accurate manner.
Please note - this role is 100% remote, working from home , within the United Kingdom (not Ireland).

As our Administrator, Ireland you will be required to:
- Ensure the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems
- Prepare/draft applications for Case Manager/Director of Immigration, Ireland
- Collaborate and work closely with Case Manager/Director on various aspects of work authorization and other immigration matters
- Setup new case initiations and assessments as directed by the Director, Immigration, Ireland
- Assist Case Manager/Director with closing cases in accordance with SOP
- Attend and participate in client calls as needed
- Other administrative and coordination duties as assigned

- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively both in written form, and verbally
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of relevant tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, including MS Teams
- Verbal and written proficiency with the English language
- Additional language knowledge is desirable but not essential
- A passion for immigration law
- Strong desire to learn and excel in dynamic growing team
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
