Job Responsibilities (The Day to Day)

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive agency demand generation strategy aligned with overall business goals, focusing on lead generation, agency acquisition, agency enablement and revenue growth.
• Lead Capture / Expansion: Maximize design of our agency reseller journey building on new reseller enablement program and funneling into existing agency program flows.
• Lead Nurturing and Conversion: Develop segmentation frameworks and lead nurturing programs.
• Data-Driven decision making to monitor, analyze, and report on agency program performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing (paid media, seo, content, creative, partner teams, etc) and Sales leadership to continuously optimize lead creation, omni-channel nurture, progressive profile enrichment, and scoring and routing.
• Technology Utilization: Maximize use of agency-specific marketing technology platforms and tools.
• Testing and Optimization: Continuously test and refine campaign elements, messaging, and channels.

Requirements (Your Skills and Expertise)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Content Marketing, preferably in SaaS or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven track record in creating engaging lead generation campaigns across various digital touchpoints.
• Demonstrated expertise in demand generation strategies for SaaS-oriented audiences.
• Strong data skills and a deep curiosity to utilize analytics to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Exceptional marketing strategy skills, capable of crafting clear proposals, executive readouts, and campaign reports.
• Proficiency in prioritization, utilizing expected value estimates and cross-functional collaboration to determine high-impact ideas.
• Familiarity with demand generation tools, including CMS, analytics, and email marketing.
• Effective project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and communicate clearly.
• Experience marketing to digital marketing agencies is a plus, but a strong desire to understand this audience is essential.

Base Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00
We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
