The Role

Join our dynamic team of AI Adoption Specialists at Zeta Global! We are at the forefront of AI technology revolutionizing marketing strategies with our cutting-edge AI capabilities. We are looking for enthusiastic tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about AI and eager to help clients harness the power of our innovative solutions.

This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.

What You'll Do:

• Empower Clients: Provide hands-on training and enablement sessions to help clients maximize the benefits of Zeta's AI-driven Marketing Platform.
• Live Demos: Showcase our AI capabilities at live events and conferences offering attendees a firsthand look at our transformative technology.
• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients working closely with them to drive AI adoption and identify new use cases for their marketing programs.
• Share Knowledge: Document and share best practices tips and real-world use cases with both internal teams and Clients.
• Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our Product team to relay client feedback and insights helping to shape the future of our AI offerings.

Qualifications:

• AI Enthusiast: In-depth understanding of Generative AI technologies (e.g. ChatGPT Claude Gemini Perplexity).
• Curious Mind: Passionate about learning and understanding the full AI capabilities of Zeta's Marketing Platform.
• Great Communicator: Strong communication skills able to present complex AI concepts in an accessible way to non-technical clients.
• Creative Thinker: Ability to brainstorm and collaborate with clients on innovative uses for AI in their marketing strategies.
• Team Player: Works well with internal teams across Customer Solutions Solutions Consulting Enterprise Ops and Product Management.
• Willing to Travel: Open to traveling up to 25% of the time especially during peak periods.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $80000 - $90000 depending on location and experience.
