This is an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise AI solution deployments from initial planning through successful adoption and long-term optimization. In this highly collaborative, customer-facing role, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative AI implementations that generate measurable business value. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project execution, and ensure seamless delivery across every phase of the deployment lifecycle. The role combines strategic consulting, technical understanding, and project leadership within a fast-paced, remote environment. • Lead end-to-end AI solution deployments for enterprise customers, managing projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch optimization while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout implementation, building trusted relationships, aligning stakeholder expectations, and maintaining clear communication across all phases of delivery.
• Define project objectives, success metrics, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource plans to ensure measurable business outcomes and smooth project execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to coordinate implementation activities, resolve obstacles proactively, and drive continuous progress.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical business recommendations, support organizational change management, encourage user adoption, and identify opportunities to optimize solution performance after deployment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS, AI, or technical software implementations, with experience in AI deployment or conversational AI platforms considered an advantage.
• Strong project management expertise with the ability to oversee multiple complex implementations while maintaining a customer-first, consultative approach.
• Proven experience managing client relationships, collaborating with senior business stakeholders, and delivering projects that meet defined success metrics.
• Technical fluency with software platforms, analytics, and implementation processes, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment.
