This role sits at the core of commercial performance analytics, acting as a strategic partner to leadership by transforming data into actionable insights.
You will be responsible for monitoring business performance, building dashboards, and delivering executive-level analyses that guide key commercial decisions.
The position plays a critical role in identifying performance gaps, supporting forecasting, and enabling data-driven planning across the sales organization.
You will work closely with commercial stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations that drive operational and strategic improvements.

In this role, you will own the monitoring and analysis of commercial performance, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and actionable insights. You will build and maintain analytical structures that support decision-making, forecasting, and strategic planning across the business.

• Monitor and analyze key commercial performance indicators, ensuring continuous visibility of results
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to support leadership decision-making
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify performance deviations and improvement opportunities
• Develop executive presentations with insights, recommendations, and business narratives
• Support forecasting processes and identify risks and deviations in projections
• Contribute to budget planning and target-setting processes
• Consolidate and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Partner with commercial teams to translate data into actionable business strategies

Requirements:

You bring strong analytical expertise with experience in data-driven environments, ideally supporting commercial or strategic planning functions. You are comfortable working with complex datasets and translating them into clear business insights.

• Experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Background in Planning, Performance, Strategy, or Analytics roles
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to generate actionable insights from data
• Experience building dashboards and working with performance metrics
• Strong communication skills to present insights to business stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and stakeholder-heavy environments
• Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
