Job Description
As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of VIVIO’s customers, helping to ensure they receive exceptional service and support related to their program. This role involves understanding customer needs and assisting in the delivery of VIVIO’s services.
Who You Will Be Working With:Â
This role is multi-disciplinary. You will work closely with Customer Success, Member Experience, Engineering, and other teams. You will report directly to VIVIO’s VP of Customer Success.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Takes guidance from and supports VIVIO’s account management team in day-to-day tasks for VIVIO’s customersÂ
- Inputs information into data management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Organizes and schedules customer meetingsÂ
- Completes materials for customer presentations and meetingsÂ
- Completes and reviews reportingÂ
- Performs customer outreach, as neededÂ
- Other duties may be assignedÂ
Problem-Solving:Â
- Proactively assist in monitoring client satisfaction and work with the Customer Success team to address any issues or concerns in a timely mannerÂ
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., member experience and engineering) to assist in the resolution of customer problems and deliver exceptional serviceÂ
- Set priorities and manage workflow for self to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of all responsibilitiesÂ

- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:Â
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience within a related industry
- Enthusiasm and zest for learning
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceÂ
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving team environmentÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detailÂ
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with teammates and customersÂ
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)Â
- Bachelor’s degree preferredÂ
- Occasional travel required.Â
