The Associate Director, Product Marketing (Ecosystem) will own go-to-market strategy and hands-on execution across payer and channel partners, including messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging and thought leadership. The role is critical to the success of existing payer and channel partners as well as pipeline acceleration and future expansion across our partner ecosystem.Â
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver subject matter expertise related to Spring Health’s ecosystem, including voice of the customer across payer and channel partners
- Optimize product and solution value propositions and differentiators to resonate with partners, including health plans and channel partners (B2B2B and B2B2C)
- Scale content creation capabilities by developing messaging frameworks and standardized positioning guidelines that capture the voice of direct and indirect customersÂ
- Collaborate across Marketing to produce data-driven market stories, case studies, product guides, sales collateral, presentations, blog posts and awareness/demand gen campaigns
- Execute and/or participate in digital and live events that support business objectives
- Collaborate with Brand team to create thought leadership on topics like HEDIS, ROI, Referrals and lines of business (fully insured, self insured) and brand strategy across Ecosystem
- Partner with the Business Development team to identify success metrics and reporting across GTM and Growth strategies, including pipeline acceleration
- Partner with the Member Growth team to develop engagement best practices and enablement that optimize B2B2C utilization and outcomes
- Partner closely with Revenue Effectiveness team to support education and training across internal and partner teams
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Science to support product innovation and ROI strategies based on competitive intel, market landscape and partner feedback
What we expect from you:Â
- 5+ years of experience with B2B or member/patient-facing enterprise SaaS company (healthcare technology), including 2+ years’ people management; at least 3+ years of experience with Health Plans/Payers
- Experience in Employee Benefits, Healthcare, Mental Health, EAPs, Medicare/Medicaid, and/or Health Insurance industries; selling and/or marketing a clinical offering with emphasis on outcomes, quality and ROIÂ
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with partners, sales and business development teams to drive growth through product marketing & enablement initiatives
- Exceptional at prioritization with the ability to toggle between long-term strategies and short-term tasksÂ
- Highly collaborative & adept at building and maintaining internal networks and stakeholder management across every level of the organization
- Bias for action, affinity toward data, and creativity around complex business challengesÂ
- Enthusiasm for healthcare innovation and tech, as well as business and strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to build strong, compelling, evidenced-based storylines, analyses/reports, and action-oriented recommendationsÂ
- An analytical mindset with the ability to extract and highlight the most important details while providing clarity and context across diverse audiencesÂ
The target salary range for this position is $164,400 - $205,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
