This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Associate Operations Director - Integrated Care based in United States.

This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across Integrated Care services in a fully remote environment. The position oversees a team supporting administrative and member services, ensuring high-quality delivery, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. It combines people leadership, process optimization, and strategic project management to improve scalability and service outcomes. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable operational solutions. It also plays a key part in fostering engagement, developing talent, and strengthening a mission-driven culture. This is a high-impact position suited for a leader who thrives in dynamic, multi-priority healthcare operations environments

Accountabilities:

Lead and develop a team of 10–12 operations professionals by overseeing workforce planning, scheduling, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and day-to-day supervision of administrative and member support functions, ensuring consistent service delivery and accountability.

  • Oversee operational execution, including reporting, escalations, issue resolution, and performance monitoring against KPIs and service standards
  • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Lead implementation of new programs, workflows, and operational enhancements aligned with organizational priorities
  • Support talent management activities, including hiring, evaluations, coaching, employee relations, and professional development
  • Manage audits, compliance requirements, accreditation support, and regulatory readiness activities
  • Lead and execute cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and outcomes are met
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication across concurrent initiatives to ensure alignment and operational clarity
  • Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) with at least 5+ years of operational leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services environments, including team management across multi-site or multi-state operations.

    • Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams and driving performance in fast-paced service environments
    • Proven ability to manage complex operations, workflows, and KPIs while ensuring quality and compliance standards
    • Experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational transformation efforts
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a results-driven mindset
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and continuous change while maintaining operational stability
