Responsible for managing Iron Mountain Professional Services active projects and resource management functionality including dashboard reporting, application updates. and peer to peer training. Associate Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring active projects are established matching expected timelines and budgets from Salesforce with resource allocations directed by each program manager. Resource utilization will be completed each month to ensure timesheets are accurate and completed each by member of Professional Services
Responsibilities:
- Manage small to medium scale projects.
- Support Professional Services team in establishing and managing active engagements
- Support Professional Services team is managing resource allocation (forecast and actual).
- Build and support project schedules, resource allocations, and dashboard reporting.
- Ensuring routine dashboard reporting is prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
Core Skills
- Manage software implementation / decommission projets
- PMO tool management including resource allocation, budget maintenance, dashboard reporting and customer interaction
- Ability to consistently multi-task, and prioritize own and others work according to a changing business environment
- Strong stakeholder communications, reporting weekly and daily to senior management
Secondary Skills
- Successful track record of delivering accurate and validated reporting on time, routinely
- Working knowledge of program management best practices
- Strong independent performer.
