Business Development Representative

Overview:
Force Therapeutics is hiring a Business Development Representative who will work with the growth marketing team to cultivate new opportunities for sales. Our ideal candidate is someone who places an emphasis on strategic outreach and prospecting. This role will report to the Growth Marketing Manager.
The business development role is an essential part of Force Therapeutics’ growth. This role is responsible for maintaining, measuring, and iterating on inbound and outbound campaigns. You’ll work with the growth marketing team to identify and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, with a focus on understanding the marketplace, championing the value of our platform, and empathizing with the needs of our prospects. This role will also be responsible for outbound one to one communications focused on drumming up new prospective client conversations.Â
Marketing Team Overview:
The Force Therapeutics Marketing Team is highly strategic, agile, and collaborative focused on demand generation via segment- and persona-based campaigns and outreach, customer engagement and expansion. As a member of the Marketing function, you’re focused on developing brand awareness, multichannel campaigns, product marketing and positioning, sales enablement, and thought leadership.
Position Overview:
The Business Development Representative will work with the go-to-market team to cultivate new opportunities and generate pipeline targeting hospitals and health systems, ASCs, and orthopedic private practices. This junior level role is centered around strategic outreach via email, phone, and social networking to healthcare executives within the US. Once a prospective client is engaged, the BDR sets the stage and organizes meetings for them to connect with our Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high volume and quality prospecting to generate and qualify leads through emails, ABM, social media, and other marketing channels
- Understand the market, the brand, and the challenges prospects face, to create email and outreach content that clearly articulates how Force could help them and encourages them to book a meeting
- Conduct analyses, aggregate trends, and provide ongoing feedback to management regarding inbound leads, the quality of leads, as well as prospect pain points
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual targets, working closely with your team and manager to ensure pipeline progress
- Quickly identify areas of optimization based on metric-driven insights to ensure swift adjustments to outreach strategy, content, targeting, and channel strategy with the goal to increase campaign effectivenessÂ
- Effectively handoff opportunity and prospect information to Account Executives by following lead and opportunity processes and workflows within Salesforce and HubspotÂ
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 or more years in a marketing and/or sales capacity preferably in a SaaS business environment
- Proven ability to follow sales processes and analyze data while utilizing dedicated tools such as Salesforce (including creation of accounts, management of opportunities and pipelines, and reporting)
- Healthcare experienceÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with C-Level and top line management to understand business strategy and objectives
- Salesforce and Outreach experience preferred
- Startup and/or digital healthcare experience preferredÂ
- BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range between $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience and location
