This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing outbound sales development team at a fast-scaling fintech environment redefining how business owners manage financial operations. You will directly manage and coach a team of BDRs while shaping the systems, processes, and culture that drive top-of-funnel growth. Operating in a high-velocity startup context, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to optimize pipeline generation and conversion performance. This is both a leadership and hands-on coaching role where your impact is visible in daily execution and long-term revenue growth. You will help build and refine the AE+BDR pod motion while influencing hiring, tooling, and outbound strategy. The environment is fast-paced, ownership-driven, and focused on building category-defining financial infrastructure.

Accountabilities

Lead and develop a team of BDRs while driving outbound performance, pipeline creation, and team execution excellence in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 7–9 BDRs through 1:1s, call reviews, pipeline reviews, and ongoing performance feedback
  • Own ramp, onboarding, and ongoing performance management for both new hires and existing team members
  • Drive execution of the AE+BDR pod model, including joint account strategy, sprint planning, and outbound experimentation
  • Partner with Sales leadership on forecasting, team strategy, hiring plans, and quota achievement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates
  • Contribute to hiring and onboarding efforts for future BDR team expansion
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as SQL generation, conversion rates, and ramp productivity
  • Requirements

    This role requires prior hands-on outbound sales experience combined with proven leadership in BDR/SDR environments, ideally within fast-growing fintech or SaaS organizations.

    • Prior experience as a BDR/SDR with direct outbound sales execution experience
    • 2+ years of experience leading or coaching BDR/SDR teams in a manager or player-coach capacity
    • Proven ability to coach reps to quota attainment and improve pipeline generation performance
    • Strong understanding of outbound sales metrics including SQLs, conversion rates, and ramp progression
    • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
    • Excellent communication and coaching abilities with a high accountability mindset
    • Fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure experience is strongly preferred
