Business Immigration Case Co-Ordinator, EMEA
Job Description
As our Global team continues to experience a lot of growth and repeat business, it means we're in need of a Business Immigration Case Co-Ordinator, EMEA to join this fun and dedicated team of professionals .
Reporting directly to the Team Lead, EMEA, the role of Business Immigration Case Co-Ordinator, EMEA is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the processing of immigration applications (including consular services) , specifically covering the EMEA region (excludes the UK).
As our Business Immigration Case Co-Ordinator, EMEA you will be required to:
- Manage EMEA consular cases and document work as required - with outstanding attention to detail and efficiency
- Collaborate and work closely with Third Party Vendors (TPV) on various aspects of consular application and document work
- Prepare/draft applications as required and/or directed by Case Managers
- Communicate with Foreign National (FN) and clients' HR team, setting the right expectations and timelines.
- Adhere to clients' agreed protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Adhere to Envoy's case management SOP, ensuring the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems
- Ensure assessments are completed in accordance with SOP
- Attend and participate in client calls as needed
- Communicate with consulates to clarify guidance notes/request application update and/or escalate applications
- Ensure accurate billing of client matters in keeping with company policy and protocols
To apply for this role, you will possess the following:
- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
- Minimum 2+ years of consular services experience within the EMEA region (and beyond, if possible)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of relevant tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to prioritise, manage and execute multiple tasks and cases
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Knowledge of other languages is desirable but not essential
- A passion for immigration law
- Strong desire to learn and excel in a dynamic growing team
