As a Business Operations Lead, you will partner with senior leaders across Go-to-Market, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Partner with senior Go-to-Market leadership to define and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and execution.
  • Establish and manage operational rhythms, planning cycles, governance processes, and leadership forums that improve business alignment.
  • Serve as a central operational partner, connecting multiple business units and facilitating communication across teams to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate operational readiness for product launches, integrations, and enterprise initiatives through effective planning and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Build scalable frameworks, dashboards, reporting processes, and success metrics that support business visibility and continuous improvement.
  • Own customer feedback processes by translating insights into recommendations that enhance product strategy, customer experience, and Go-to-Market execution.
  • Drive process improvements that increase organizational efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and accelerate enterprise growth initiatives.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or a similar strategic operational leadership role.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
    • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable operational plans.
    • Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills within fast-paced, evolving environments.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to guide business decisions, define KPIs, and measure operational performance.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
    • Experience designing scalable operating models, governance structures, planning cadences, and business processes.
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to incorporate customer insights into strategic planning and operational improvements.
    • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a highly collaborative environment.
