They guide campaign development from concept to delivery, with a focus on quality control, timeline adherence, and performance outcomes. With a strong creative eye and a foundation in growth marketing principles, they also track and analyze key performance metrics and collaborate closely with the Strategy Lead to share insights and optimize future campaigns.

  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with Marketing Coordinators to assess campaign progress, remove roadblocks, and pivot strategy when needed
  • Monitor key campaign metrics and performance data to evaluate impact and inform future planning
  • Report campaign performance, insights, and forward recommendations to the Strategy Lead
  • Stay up to date with growth marketing trends and best practices, and apply learnings to campaign planning and creative execution
  • Occasionally join client calls to present campaigns in partnership with the Marketing Coordinator and contribute strategic expertise

Key Skills & Traits

  • Clear communicator with strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into insights and action
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a passion for delivering polished, cohesive work
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive under fast-paced conditions
  • Strong initiative and accountability — able to manage multiple active campaigns without losing quality or focus
  • Experience with prompt-engineering AI-tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to streamline creative ideation and content workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or integrated campaign management, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members, with a focus on campaign execution and quality control.
