This role is a highly technical, partner-facing position focused on enabling and accelerating the adoption of advanced networking solutions across enterprise and commercial environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to channel partners, helping them design, position, and deliver modern infrastructure solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. The role blends deep networking expertise with pre-sales influence, solution architecture, and customer engagement. You will work closely with sales teams and partner organizations to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performance designs. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will support both strategic deal execution and long-term partner capability development. This position offers the opportunity to shape impactful networking solutions across diverse industries while working with cutting-edge technologies.
Accountabilities:
- Support channel partners and sales teams as a trusted technical advisor, enabling them to design, position, and deliver enterprise networking solutions aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise across networking technologies including wireless, switching, routing, SD-WAN, security, NAC, and cloud-managed infrastructure.
- Design end-to-end network architectures and provide guidance on solution sizing, configuration, and reference designs to ensure scalable and cost-effective deployments.
- Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to strengthen partner capabilities.
- Assist in opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and technical validation to support successful deal execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure accurate proposals, BOM creation, and alignment with technical and business requirements.
- Stay current on emerging trends such as network automation, AI-driven operations, and cloud-native networking to enhance solution relevance.
- 7+ years of experience in networking, infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting roles, ideally with pre-sales or partner-facing exposure.
- Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, firewalls, and cloud-managed platforms.
- Proven ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure network architectures across diverse customer environments.
- Experience working in channel or partner ecosystems, supporting solution development and technical sales processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., networking vendor certifications) are highly valued.
