This is a high-impact, strategic role designed to serve as a force multiplier for the C-level leadership team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will operate at the intersection of executive support and operational execution, ensuring priorities are aligned and strategic initiatives move forward without friction. The role requires exceptional organizational discipline, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously. You will act as a central coordination point across leadership, teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, structure, and accountability at every level. Beyond traditional executive support, you will also play a key role in optimizing internal processes and improving operational efficiency. This position is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating high-stakes, fast-moving environments while maintaining precision and confidentiality.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide end-to-end executive support to C-level leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and prioritization of high-value engagements
  • Act as a communication hub, filtering incoming requests, coordinating responses, and ensuring seamless information flow across stakeholders
  • Handle executive office operations including document management, coordination of approvals, and strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Maintain structured communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding updates, requests, and case-related matters
  • Oversee internal projects from initiation to completion, tracking milestones, deadlines, and ensuring cross-team accountability
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements across tools such as Google Workspace and internal project management systems
  • Conduct research and synthesize insights to support strategic decision-making and operational initiatives
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Project Manager supporting senior leadership or managing operational projects
    • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in parallel
    • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly adapt to CRM, AI, and project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or ClickUp
    • High adaptability with the ability to switch between administrative, operational, and strategic responsibilities seamlessly
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences, including C-suite executives
    • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise
    • High level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential and sensitive information
    • Comfortable working in a remote setup with strong technical readiness, including stable internet connection, suitable devices, and a dedicated workspace
