Job description

Team: Support

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Support Manager based in Canada.

This is a remote, client-facing opportunity focused on guiding individuals through their financial protection and benefit options in a supportive, structured environment. You will work exclusively with inbound, pre-qualified clients who have already requested information, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations rather than outbound prospecting. The role blends relationship management, consultative communication, and step-by-step client guidance through simple enrollment processes. You will play a key role in helping families understand their options while building trust and long-term client relationships. Operating in a flexible, remote setup, you will be supported by structured training, mentorship, and a proven system designed to help you succeed. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance, enjoy helping others, and want clear pathways for growth and leadership.

Accountabilities:

  • Engage with inbound, pre-qualified clients to understand their needs and provide clear guidance on available financial protection options.
  • Support clients through a structured, step-by-step enrollment and onboarding process.
  • Deliver a high level of client service while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and trust in all interactions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and portfolio growth.
  • Manage client interactions effectively and maintain accurate records of communications and progress.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and overall client experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously strengthen product knowledge and communication skills.

  • Requirements:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
    • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
    • Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to individual client needs.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client information.
    • Previous experience in client support, customer service, or sales is an asset but not required.
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
    • Basic digital skills and familiarity with online communication and CRM tools.

    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote role with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options.
      • Pre-qualified inbound client flow (no cold calling or outbound prospecting).
      • Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
      • Structured onboarding, training program, and ongoing mentorship.
      • Clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and team development roles.
      • Skill development in client relationship management, communication, and consultative support.
      • Income directly tied to performance, effort, and results.
