Cloud Engineer II - IT tools ( Apigee/Kafka/Dynatrace/Rubric)

**IT Tools Engineer**

Shift Timings:

a.       This is dedicated Team which works Mon to Fri US Time

b.       Two Shift Timings 6 PM – 3 AM IST; 2 AM - 11 AM IST

c.       Monthly Rotation

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and optimize enterprise-level tools such as Rubric Apigee Kafka Dynatrace Terraform and GitHub to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform ensuring scalability reliability and security of cloud-based systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines fostering efficient software delivery.

- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using Dynatrace while ensuring robustness and reliability of distributed systems.

- Facilitate API management through Apigee ensuring secure and efficient communication between various services.

- Utilize Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging optimizing data flow and communication across the platform.

- Implement and manage backup and recovery processes using Rubric ensuring data integrity and system resilience.

- Maintain version control and collaboration through GitHub enabling seamless code management and collaboration among development teams.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing tools like Rubric Apigee Kafka Dynatrace Terraform and GitHub.

- Strong expertise in implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform.

- Proficient in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.

- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting system performance using Dynatrace.

- Familiarity with API management using Apigee and real-time data streaming with Kafka.

- Solid understanding of version control systems particularly GitHub.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
