Commercial Operations Associate (Eversight)

OVERVIEW

The Commercial Operations Associate will partner closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ultimately drive commercial success. This individual will be responsible for driving sales operations across the full sales and customer lifecycle as well as strategically supporting Marketing in its event marketing efforts to build our commercial pipelines. They will have a strong ability to understand and make recommendations on where we need to drive process improvements and efficiency to best enable our commercial teams. They will also have the skillset to execute across a wide range of activities.

ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success senior leadership to accurately report and forecast on our commercial pipeline
• Build and maintain a highly effective onboarding program, ensuring efficient rep ramp up time
• Iterate, design, and implement on process improvement projects as team continues to integrate, scale, and evolve
• Identify and act upon key opportunities and gaps across our commercial team - including collateral, tool, and process needs
• Work with Business Development team to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce
• Coordinating Lead Generation efforts between Eversight Sales and Instacart Business Development to ensure consistent and well coordinated communications with our prospects/customers
• Own a wide range of sales process support: reporting, weekly updates, sales meeting follow ups, vendor management of sales team’s tech stack
• Act as a key liaison between the Eversight Commercial team, Eversight’s Commercial Counsel & Instacart’s Commercial Counsel to drive contracting process
• Develop a rigorous and detailed operating cadence that drives business impact
• Support Marketing team in executing sponsorship of and participation in industry events, including but not limited to strategic briefing documents, exhibitor booth materials/management/setup, logistics, internal alignment and preparation, and internal post-event optimization
• Partner with the Marketing team to drive analyst relationships, briefings, and supporting materials to grow industry awareness and presence within the influential analyst community
• Lean in on cross functional operational needs (Product and Engineering) from time to time, as well as anything within the scope of operations for the Eversight team

ABOUT YOU

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Salesforce.com
• Strong written and verbal communications
• 3+ years experience working in operations or with project and vendor management
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale programs and best practices that drive business impact
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working cross functionally
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and build scalable solutions and processes that address those gaps 
• Strong prioritization skills; understands how to execute against shifting priorities, while mobilizing the team to do their highest quality work
• Systems thinker with strong organizational skills and follow-through; effectively executing on the details while understanding the big picture
