About the position:

G-P is looking for a Communications Specialist to serve as an integral member of our communications team. Reporting to the Manager, Internal Communications, this individual will directly support a wide range of high-profile initiatives. 


 What you’ll do:   

  • Manage a comprehensive internal communications editorial calendar. 
  • Support the coordination of all G-P wide internal communications programming including All-Hands, Ask Me Anything sessions, weekly newsletter and Slack channel management. 
  • Draft written materials for internal communications programming including email, presentations, video scripts, etc. 
  • Support ongoing content management of the company intranet.
  • Support internal and external communications infrastructure and processes; including establishing quarterly metrics aligned to organizational KPIs, dashboard management, distribution lists, etc.
  • Evaluate and manage tools and resources for repeatable, best practices across internal and external communications.

What we’re looking for:  

  • Education: Master’s/bachelor’s degree in business communications or marketing, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and exercise influence diplomatically.
  • Advanced level proficiency with Google Suite, SharePoint, Slack, PowerPoint, Excel and video production. 
  • Direction: Self- directed, takes initiative and is always looking ahead. 
  • Experience: B2B cloud company preferred. 
  • A strong degree of discretion and understanding of business priorities.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $58,400 to $73,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
