Job Description
As a Content Coordinator, you will help implement League’s health content within our Content Management System (CMS) and campaign orchestration systems. Your main objective is to manage the flow of content from the final review from our writers to going live on our platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for not only building content within our CMS and orchestration systems, but also for maintaining content, making recommendations for improved UX, and keeping up-to-date documentation and training others on the processes involved to work within our systems. Finally, you are responsible for ensuring that content operates as indicated by our content strategy and content creation teams.
What you will do:
- Maintain a steady stream of primary and derivative asset types across various platforms, use cases, and mediums within their respective libraries
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, design, health strategy, health content) to support content creation and implementation requirements
- Manage meeting and resource schedules, workflows, and deadlines associated with content activities
- Collaborate with other functions to gather the information needed to optimize content asset creation and performance
- Manage incoming workflow and delegate assignments to configuration resources based on capacity
- Review content library on an established cadence to ensure consistency with current style and formatting guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing program owners, content strategists, and program managers to integrate and repurpose content marketing and campaign content where appropriate
About you:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years or more of related experience (e.g.content management, implementing and maintaining engagement workflows)
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter, quick learner
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated problem-solving and follow-through
- You are interested in health and wellness topics and have a passion for helping more people understand and access health content
