As a key member of the marketing team, you will lead the creation and distribution of educational, thought-provoking content that builds trust, drives engagement, and strengthens brand visibility across multiple audiences. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals and audience needs.
  • Establish editorial standards, brand voice guidelines, and scalable workflows to improve content quality and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain a strategic content calendar across newsletters, social media, whitepapers, and other digital channels.
  • Create, edit, and optimize compelling healthcare-focused content that educates, informs, and engages both consumer and business audiences.
  • Own newsletter strategy and performance, continuously improving engagement metrics and conversion outcomes.
  • Expand and strengthen social media presence to increase brand awareness and inbound interest.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, research, and leadership teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor content performance analytics and implement data-driven improvements to messaging, formats, and channel effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial roles.
    • Previous experience within healthcare, health benefits, or related healthcare-focused organizations.
    • Strong writing and editing portfolio showcasing clear, engaging, and audience-specific content.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts, including clinical or research teams.
    • Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to improve content workflows and efficiency.
    • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, audience engagement, and digital communication strategies.
    • Ability to analyze content performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and data.
    • Experience working across both B2C and B2B audiences is considered a plus.
    • Familiarity with content design and visual storytelling principles is an advantage.
