Contract: Pay Risk and Operations Data & Reporting Analyst

This is an engagement through Upwork’s Hybrid Workforce Solutions (HWS) Team. Our Hybrid Workforce Solutions Team is a global group of professionals that support Upwork’s business. Our HWS team members are located all over the world.

• Experienced data analyst will independently surface actionable insights from our Pay Ops data
• Ability to collaborate closely with CX&T leadership and the Payment Operations team
• Experienced in preparing ad hoc reports, creating dashboards, and performing independent research and analysis into our payment data

• At least two years of experience in Payment Operations, Payment Risk, and/or Payment Transactions.
• Experience creating dashboards in Looker
• Proficient in SQL
• Python experience preferred    
• Knowledge of Zendesk reporting preferred
