Team: Analyst

In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between program stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex business needs are translated into clear, actionable software requirements. You will support the delivery of technology initiatives by facilitating structured discovery, refining requirements, and maintaining alignment across development, testing, and program teams. The position requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to bring clarity to fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments. Working closely with project managers, Salesforce administrators, developers, and QA teams, you will help ensure solutions are well-defined, testable, and aligned with operational goals. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives while strengthening delivery quality, documentation standards, and cross-team collaboration.
Accountabilities:
Lead structured discovery sessions with program and operations stakeholders to gather requirements, uncover edge cases, and clarify decision logicTranslate business policies and operational needs into clear, build-ready artifacts such as epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteriaDevelop process maps, workflow diagrams, and rule logic to support accurate solution design and developmentFacilitate requirement review sessions to ensure alignment and shared understanding among stakeholders and technical teamsManage and refine the product backlog, acting as a gatekeeper for incoming requests and ensuring clarity before development beginsCollaborate with project managers, Salesforce administrators, and developers to validate technical feasibility and identify dependenciesMaintain traceability across the full delivery lifecycle—from intake and requirements through build, testing, and releaseSupport QA and UAT processes by defining test scenarios and ensuring acceptance criteria are measurable and testableAssist in triaging defects and change requests by clarifying requirement intent and updating documentation when necessaryMaintain high-quality documentation and enforce SDLC standards across initiatives using tools such as Jira and ConfluenceRequirements
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst supporting software delivery in an SDLC environmentStrong expertise in stakeholder interviews and translating complex or ambiguous requirements into structured, testable documentationDemonstrated experience writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria that support efficient deliveryStrong process mapping and workflow analysis skills, including current-state and future-state documentationExperience working within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud) with knowledge of objects, data structures, and automation constraintsExperience collaborating with developers, Salesforce administrators, and external vendors to deliver technology solutionsProficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for backlog management and documentationExperience supporting UAT processes, including test scenario definition and requirement validationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred: certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, and experience in rules-driven or compliance-oriented program environmentsBenefits
