  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and service excellence throughout all operations.
  • Provide leadership support for corporate events, conferences, and portfolio-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, guest preferences, and emerging hospitality concepts to continuously elevate food and beverage offerings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to senior leadership, property teams, and ownership stakeholders.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years of operational experience within the restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry, ideally across multi-unit or large-scale operations.
    • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and overseeing operational performance.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • Strong expertise in food and beverage operations, including culinary programming, restaurant management, bar operations, and event services.
    • Proven ability to lead strategic planning initiatives and execute operational improvements across multiple properties or business units.
    • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with operators, ownership groups, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
    • Self-motivated problem solver with strong decision-making and operational leadership skills.
    • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 70%, including evenings and weekends when required.
    • Deep understanding of hospitality trends, guest expectations, and evolving food and beverage concepts.
    • Benefits:
