This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Engagement Manager – Climate Intelligence Program based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of climate strategy, corporate engagement, and market innovation, focused on accelerating real-world decarbonization across global supply chains. It offers the opportunity to work with leading corporations, NGOs, and ecosystem partners to advance Scope 3 emissions reduction, carbon accounting, and environmental attribute market solutions. The position blends strategic advisory work with hands-on client management, supporting organizations as they translate climate commitments into actionable, data-driven strategies. The Engagement Manager will help shape market-facing solutions while building and managing high-impact relationships across sustainability, procurement, and climate teams. Operating in a fast-evolving climate intelligence space, the role requires both analytical thinking and strong commercial acumen. It is ideal for someone passionate about scaling practical, market-based climate solutions with measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the development of market strategy for climate intelligence services, with a focus on supply chain decarbonization, Scope 3 emissions, and carbon markets.
  • Monitor emerging trends in corporate climate action, carbon accounting standards, environmental attribute markets, and sustainability reporting requirements.
  • Define and refine value propositions for climate intelligence offerings, translating complex climate data into actionable client solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate clients, NGOs, and ecosystem partners across sustainability, procurement, and climate strategy functions.
  • Lead and support business development activities, including client meetings, proposals, workshops, and strategic engagements.
  • Manage end-to-end client engagements, including scope definition, delivery coordination, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from business development to delivery and to identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Maintain and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools, supporting forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable engagement models, methodologies, and market offerings.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, climate strategy, supply chain sustainability, carbon markets, or related fields.
    • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering consulting or advisory engagements.
    • Strong understanding of corporate climate topics including Scope 3 emissions, carbon accounting, and environmental attribute markets.
    • Experience developing proposals, scopes of work, and commercial client engagements.
    • Ability to translate technical climate and sustainability concepts into clear, client-ready solutions.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level client interaction and presentations.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
