Corporate Strategy Associate/Manager

The Corporate Strategy Associate/Manager will be joining a lean and high-impact team, including alumni from top investment banking and operational backgrounds. You will work in close collaboration with Business Unit and functional leaders to deliver insights that help leaders make strategic and operational decisions. You will be responsible for understanding our customer’s needs and market dynamics to develop strategies and roadmaps that preserve and extend Dropbox’s competitive advantages. You will have a have a 360° view of the business and the opportunity to work collaboratively across business functions.

• You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from inception through execution 
• You will lead cross-functional project teams and present findings in written narrative form to leaders
• You will conduct market sizing and competitive analysis to inform decisions relating to current and future lines of business
• You will synthesize data from internal and external sources to present recommendations tied to business outcomes
• You will conduct financial analysis and lightweight financial modeling in support of strategic recommendations
• You will contribute to voice of customer and customer feedback programs
• You will contribute to strategic and operational updates for the board of directors 

• Bachelors degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy 
• Understanding of SaaS business models, SaaS funnel metrics, and industry trends affecting the collaboration and productivity sector
• Excellent qualitative & quantitative analytical skills with financial modelling expertise required for market sizing and long term planning
• Ability to develop trusted relationships internally. Be scrappy and an effective cross-functional collaborator
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent and showcase complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership
• Excellent Excel skills and working SQL knowledge, or willingness to learn SQL quickly
