The Opportunity
We are on the hunt for a visionary and strategic trailblazer to join our team as our Creative Director. If you're a creative powerhouse who thrives on challenges and embraces risk-taking, this is the role for you. We need someone who can shake up the status quo and redefine our brand identity to set us apart from the competition.
As our Creative Director, you won't just lead and direct from the sidelines. We want someone who's not afraid to dive in headfirst, roll up their sleeves, and get their hands dirty in designing and building our brand. Your extensive experience in brand leadership and background as a creative director will be essential in driving our growth and shaping our innovative brand strategies.

What Youâll Do
- Develop and execute a brand strategy that challenges the status quo and is thought provoking, all while staying true to our mission, values, and growth objectives.
- Define and evolve our brand identity, infusing it with an energy that leaves a lasting impression across all marketing and communication channels.
- Lead the charge in creating a new category within the cybersecurity industry, positioning us as the fearless authority in Cyber Workforce Resilience.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to unleash category- creating brand strategies and align with our business objectives and market dynamics.
- Dive deep into market research to uncover insights and competitor intelligence that will inform our strategic decision-making.Â
- Inspire and rally a team of talented Brand Managers and Creative Designers, who are hungry for adventure and ready to change the industry with us.
- Craft and execute mind-blowing brand awareness campaigns across various channels to skyrocket our visibility and build connections.
- Keep a laser focus on brand performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and emerging technologies, because we don't just follow the pack â we lead the pack with innovation and differentiation.
Who You Are:
- Bring 10+ years of branding and creative directing experience to the table and wow us with your proven track record in strategic brand development. We want someone who knows how to think outside the box and shake things up.
- Be a true leader, guiding cross-functional teams to greatness, including designers, events, and production teams.Â
- Showcase your hands-on experience as a creative director who can take a brand's visual identity and expression from concept to full-blown production. We're talking about someone who lives and breathes creativity.
- Command attention with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex brand concepts with passion and energy.
- Combine your business savvy with the ability to align brand strategies with our overall objectives and adapt to the ever-changing market dynamics.
- Show us your market research prowess, customer insights mastery, and competitive analysis â you always strive to be one step ahead..
- Foster a collaborative mindset, eagerly soaking up feedback and forging strong partnerships with our C-level executives and external allies.Â

- Ignite engagement and affinity for the Immersive Labs brand across multiple channels, building connections that stand the test of time.
